1)        What is your name?

My Name is Mr. Sumardi.

2)        What kind a job do  Mr. Sumardi do now?

I became a builder

3)        Why do Mr. Sumardi do this job?

Because I didn’t have money to continue my study, so I choose this job. Because this job just need skill not brain. Firstly, I just follow my friends do this job because we are need money to keep us n my family alive.

4)        When Mr. Sumardi did this job for first time?

Since 1970 I did this job.

5)        Where far place Mr. Sumardi ever do for this job?

I ever live in Riau,  Medan and Kalimantan for do my job.

6)        What kind of the job Mr. Sumardi do in that place?

In Riau I’m n my partner make quay, in Medan make bulk asphalt and In Kalimantan make somebody’s home.

7)        What do Mr. Sumardi do if you didn’t get a job?

If I didn’t get a job for builder, I’m became parking.

8)        Why?

Because It is  my responsibility to support family. Because I have 3 grandchild who should i finance.

9)        Are your wife got a job or care home?

Yes my wife just stay at home (mengurus rumah).

10)   Is income enough for support your family and sufficient needs?

No, it isn’t. although not enough I always be grateful and whatever was in enough.

11)   Have somebody ever didn’t give income for your job  as a builder ?

Yes, it often happen. I ever do job for build a building. After we got 3 weeks to build, we felt there are awkward and then we are realize that the contractor  run off. So the owner stop this job n didn’t give us money too. Because the contractor  didn’t have responsibility for his crew and felt arbitarily. Yeah it’s lesson for my live actually.

12)   Have contractor ever give Mr. Sumardi bonus after finish the job?

No, I haven’t experience get bonus for whole my live. Maybe bonus in my life are get khealty, get happy, feel comfortable and of course be grateful anything the God give for me n my family.

So  the conclusionare  are : 

-             Mr Sumardi a builder who had been 
      long activities in his field.

-     When there is no job he worked as a 
   parking as an additional cost to complete daily needs

-      From his experience as a builder, 
  he stand strong and never give up in 
  the face of life despite the trials 
 and challenges of whack. But he believed what he was doing with a heart will never be in vain.

-       From my experience intervie with Mr. Sumardi i got many lessons  and the key is always thankful although feel not enough, learn sincere though not willingly. The point is that life keeps learning. Learn better and better in every step of our life. Without leave the God in every breath and step humans.
